How to record music with
your computer
Musicians
now have the ability to record their music
on their own computer. Limitations come from
the amount of RAM and hard drive space available
mainly. What you'll need to record is a computer
with a sound card and software to do the multi
tracking fro you. With this you will be able
to record several tracks of guitar, drums,
vocals, etc. and mix into one song. You can
even put these on the web so that anyone can
hear them. You'll need to understand real
audio to do that and get a web site. Click
here for details on that.

you have instant backing music. Jammer
professional is a program that will also
provide pre-set pattern but also allow you
to edit or create your own patterns.
Looping
music and MIDI patterns
Many
are now using loops to make music. These can
be in the form of audio loops, or MIDI loops.
Loops are small sections of music usually
a measure long that you can string together
to make a song. Loops are available for most
all instruments and in almost any style of
music. For a detailed look at loops and MIDI
